Scrum for Team System is a free Agile Software Development Methodology add-in for Visual Studio Team System, developed by Conchango, in collaboration with Ken Schwaber and the Microsoft Technology Centre UK.

The new version Scrum for Team System v2 is targeted at Team Foundation Server 2008 and they have implemented a lot of feedback from the previous version. Currently a Beta 1 is available of version 2.

Some new features I really like:

• "Ready for test" state on sprint backlog items, we was close to adding it ourselves but waited for this version instead
• Business priority field on product backlog items, this one we added ourselves but will migrate to the new field
• Impediment and Bug have been extracted to their own work item types instead of just a type field on the sprint backlog item allowing for more customized fields
• The magic Sprint Number field has been removed in favour of iterations, simplifies things

For some reason you still have to set sprint on both product backlog items and on sprint backlog items, I guess it's required for unplanned work or something.
